Tim and Abigail Holland - Senior Pastors

Tim and Abigail were married in 1997 and are the proud parents of five children - four daughers and a baby boy. Their passion is to see lives transformed by a strong, living relationship with Jesus.

Tim is a graduate of Christ for the Nations and Dallas Baptist University. He has a seminary degree in Practical Theology and a bachelor's in Communications. Abigail is a graduate of University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s in Communications.

Tim’s heart is to serve God and serve others in a Christ-like manner. His vision for lifechurch is to build a church full of disciples of Jesus Christ that are passionate in worship, grounded in the Bible, and that have a heart for their local community and other nations of the world.

Tim and Abigail also pastor Iglesia Mundo de Fe, a Spanish-speaking congregation with 1,500 in attendance.

Rolando and Holly Carrizales - Associate Pastors

Rolando and Holly Carrizales serve as associate pastors under the leadership of pastors Tim and Abigail Holland. Both graduated from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX. and they married in 1997. Holly received her bachelor's degree in Psychology while Rolando earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and later his master's degree in Educational Administration with certification for educator and principalship.

They are parents of two children: Lauren and Lincoln. Since newlyweds, they have been serving in different capacities in their local church.

Currently, they serve as associate pastors, with pastoral over the Youth ministry, hospitality, new believers, and first-time guests. Both have a heart for people and the local church.

Pepe and Paola Álvarez - Assistant Pastors

Pepe and Paola Alvarez are assistant pastors at LifeChurch. They were married in 2004 and are now parents of three precious children.

Pepe is an Industrial Engineer graduated from “Tecnológico de Matamoros, México”. In 2001 Pepe arrived to the United States, in 2011 he obtained two masters MBA and Global Leadership from Dallas Baptist University. Pepe has experience in operations and general administration after working in the corporate area with several companies for over 20 years.

Paola obtained her Graphic Design degree and has worked in Mundo de Fe for 10 years.

Pepe and Paola provide pastoral covering over the children’s ministry: LifeKids Jr. (Pre-K), LifeKids (Elementary), LifeKids Special (Special Needs Children), and LifeGroups ministry. They develop a faithful team of volunteers that serve our with excellence.

Ben and Tamara Sanders - Elders

Ben and Tamara Sanders are Elders in Life Church. They were married in 2007 and have two boys.

Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Western Governor's University, and Tamara earned her M.B.A. from Texas A&M.

Ben teaches the Journey class for new members, oversees Connect Groups for Life Church, and helps host Sunday services. Tamara is involved in the hospitality team. They both help regularly lead a Connect Group, and assist with leading a Life Group.
